Being raised on the family farm southeast of Logan, Ia. (Hardscratch Area) installed the Midwestern work habits and values. Rod graduated from Logan Magnolia High School and then attended Morningside college on a wrestling scholarship. After receiving his B.S. degree in Education, he moved back to Harrison County, Iowa. Rod and his wife Dawn reside on an acreage outside of Missouri Valley. They have two children and currently 7 grandchildren. Rod has been marketing all lines of real estate in Iowa and Nebraska since 1999. He became a broker in 2001 and also attended the Missouri Auction School in 2009. By becoming an auctioneer he has the opportunity to market Real Estate by both the traditional and the auction methods. Rod and his associates currently market real estate in the Southwest Iowa and Southeastern Nebraska areas.
